On September 10th at 3 p.m.,  at CIHEAM Bari, 10 start-ups,  as part of the INCUBA project, presented their business models, highlighting the progress made with respect to the start of the path itself.

The Evaluation Commission, made up of the INCUBA project coordination team and representatives of LegaCoop, Puglia Development, NaturaSi and LVenture, selected, among the ten participating teams, the three best start-ups to which a grant, in services, of 5000 euros per team was awarded. The 3 winning startups are: SESTRE, PISMAR and AIR&SOIL.

With funding of 900,000 Euros under the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy 2014-2020 Programme, INCUBA set out to strengthen agri-food incubators and support the creation, competitiveness and internationalization of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in Puglia and Greece. The project was also attended by the Western Greek Region, coordinator, the Chamber of Ilia, the Bari Chamber of Commerce and the ARTI – Regional Agency for Technology and Innovation of Puglia. Associated partners are the Acaia Chamber of Commerce and the Puglia Region – Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environmental Protection.
